A Fun Day at the Explorium

Thanks Jessie, Bart and Kade for being up for a different location! Knowing that today was going to be ugly and gloomy outside, we decided to take the shoot to a really fun in door location! We went to the Explorium (formerly known as the Lexington Children's Museum) and just had lots of fun exploring all the cool exhibits :)

Afterwards we headed outside for a few shots before it started to rain :)

A Day in the Life of the Ooten Family

So, in the blog "Ooten Family" I mentioned that we did something a little different with this session. Introducing the "Day in the Life" collection. This collection truly captures a “day in the life” of you and your family. I will spend 6 hours at your home recording the beautiful moments of your day. We’ll start off in the morning (yes bed head and all), take a break around lunch time, and continue in the afternoon until after the bedtime stories. We’ll tell the story of your family from sun up, until sundown- all those beautiful, real moments.

So, here is a day in the life of the Ooten Family...

Good morning time with the wild and crazy kids up bright and early...

Ooten Family

I had the best time spending the day with my best friend and her beautiful family. We had a shoot that was a little different and I will do another blog later describing all of it, but I just HAD to show you my favs from the day :) Of course I couldn't choose, so there's quite a few! Thanks Andrea and Brad for letting me spend the day with you!!
